Product Director Fiat Payments

We’re looking for a Product Director to own our global Fiat & Payments domain, including banking integrations, payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, local payment methods, and global money movement infrastructure. You'll drive product strategy while remaining closely involved in execution, partner integrations, and day-to-day product decisions. Department Product Employment Type Full Time Location London Workplace type Hybrid What You’ll Be Doing Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fiat & Payments globally. Lead the development of payment products including bank integrations, local payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding flows. Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external providers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure. Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems. Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers. Define and track key metrics including conversion, payment success rates, transaction costs, and operational efficiency. Mentor Product Managers and help scale the product organization while remaining hands-on What You'll Bring 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure. Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods. Proven track record delivering complex products involving multiple external partners and integrations. Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments. Familiarity with global payment rails such as ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI. Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Business acumen. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a high degree of ownership. Nice to Have Experience with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or digital asset infrastructure.
