Junior QA Engineer

We do this to help great organizations reach ambitious goals and fulfill their purpose with equally great teams.We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our Agile product development team. You will work closely with Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and fellow QA Engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.The role combines both manual and automation testing, with a strong focus on growing your automation skills using Playwright and TypeScript. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience with API testing, CI/CD workflows, and performance testing in a modern microservice-oriented environment.Must have At least 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer or in a software testing role Basic programming skills and willingness to grow in test automation Basic understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and testing artifacts Familiarity with web application testing Basic understanding of API testing concepts Basic understanding of Scrum and Agile workflows Good analytical and problem-solving skills Upper-Intermediate English Nice to have Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript Familiarity with Playwright or other automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or similar Understanding of microservice architecture concepts Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments is considered a plus Responsibilities Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and QA Engineers during the full development lifecycle Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies Review requirements and contribute to test planning, test coverage, and risk analysis Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios Identify, document, and track defects in test and production environments Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript Support API testing activities using tools such as Postman or similar Assist with regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and automation practices Contribute to CI/CD quality processes and test execution pipelines Participate in performance testing activities and support performance-related investigations Collaborate with the team to continuously improve product quality and delivery efficiency What we offer Opportunity to grow in modern test automation practices using Playwright and TypeScript Work in a collaborative Agile environment with experienced engineers Exposure to modern technologies, microservices, and CI/CD processes Opportunity to participate in performance testing and quality engineering initiatives Supportive team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement Challenging and impactful product development Perks & Benefits 25 vacation days + an extra day off to celebrate your birthday 🎉 Premium health insurance for your peace of mind Birthday vouchers and little surprises along the way Free snacks, team lunches, and great coffee (because fuel matters ☕) Sports card, transportation, and food allowance Quarterly team events that bring everyone together Excited to join us?
