As our ecosystem grows, so does the need for clear, compelling, and accurate visual storytelling that explains what we are building and why it matters.The RoleWe are looking for a Video Producer to help bring Peace Through Trade’s mission, technology, and narratives to life through short-form and long-form video content.This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, education, and distribution. You will work closely with creative and social leadership to produce videos that translate complex blockchain, trade, and sustainability concepts into content that is clear, engaging, and credible across platforms.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands pacing, attention, and narrative in a modern social media environment.Your MissionProduce high-quality video content that educates, informs, and inspires global audiences while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and alignment with PTT’s long-term vision.You will help shape how the world sees Peace Through Trade through video.What You’ll Do Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts Support longer-form video content for YouTube, explainers, interviews, and campaign pieces Collaborate on storyboards, scripts, and visual direction Cut clips from podcasts, interviews, and long-form recordings Add captions, motion text, overlays, and basic animations where appropriate Maintain consistent visual > Organize video assets, timelines, and deliverables Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and best practices Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager on content strategy Iterate quickly based on performance, analytics, and feedback What You Bring Strong video editing skills with a clear sense of pacing and storytelling Experience producing short-form social video content Working understanding of social platforms and what performs on each Attention to detail and respect for accuracy, especially in technical topics Ability to take direction and also contribute creative ideas Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment Reliable, organized, and communicative Nice to Have Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 topics Experience editing educational or documentary-> Motion graphics or light animation skills Experience working with founders, podcasts, or thought leadership content Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar Understanding of content analytics and performance feedback What We Offer Direct involvement in shaping the visual voice of a global blockchain project Creative freedom within a clear, mission-driven framework Close collaboration with leadership and creative decision-makers Exposure to meaningful work at the intersection of technology, trade, and sustainability Flexible remote work with a globally distributed team A long-term project focused on infrastructure, not hype If you are a thoughtful video producer who cares about storytelling, clarity, and impact—and you want to help explain complex ideas through powerful visuals—we’d love to hear from you.
