Qualifications Demonstrated success in sales or capital raising for real estate projects in each of the last three years. Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, risk assessment, and the ability to articulate these concepts effectively to investors. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term investor relationships. Self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
