The Role
Swan is looking to hire a Swan Private Account Executive to work closely with HNW clients throughout their Bitcoin journey. This relationship manager comes with experience in wealth management and a well developed understanding of Bitcoin. You will provide around the clock availability to Swan’s most successful clients providing them guidance on all things Bitcoin, with the white glove service expected by HNWI, businesses, and family offices. The ideal candidate is extremely knowledgeable about finance and Bitcoin, and has client service skills honed from years of experience. The ideal candidate must generate their own inbound via media, personal branding, or other scaled relationship approaches.
Your responsibilities
Generate net new leads and opportunities via media, an existing book of business, personal brand and/or digital sales
Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships, identify needs, and review investment goals related to Bitcoin
Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients by providing high-quality and bespoke support throughout their Bitcoin journey
Serves as a client dedicated contact for a wide spectrum of topics related to Swan services and Bitcoin
Onboard new Swan clients with high satisfaction rates
Ensure our best clients receive only the highest quality of service across all actions
Execute orders and other concierge services in an on-call basis, upon request
Provide Private clients with personal access to you via SMS seven days a week
Provide expert-level guidance on both Swan products and Bitcoin strategies in line with client goals
Work collaboratively with Directors and Managing Directors to benefit the overall sales environment
Flexibility to travel as needed, typically short trips in the US
Build and maintain a personal brand in the Bitcoin landscape
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, investment management, and Bitcoin fundamentals
Comfortable doing media appearances, building a personal brand, and creating digital content on bitcoin and related topics
Great listening skills and empathetic reasoning
Ability to put the client first in all things; Fast and attentive response to client requests
Ability to be flexible via client communication preferences (SMS, Phone, Email)
Deep knowledge and interest in Bitcoin
Basic tax, trust and inheritance knowledge
Traditional financial industry experience
Ability to thrive in a remote environment
4-5 minimum years of experience
Must be US-based (major metro area ideal) and eligible to work in the US
Compensation for this role will be based on location and experience, and may include base salary, commissions, equity, and benefits
