The Zscaler AI Red Team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about designing and building leading platforms for securing AI Applications. As a part of the AI Red Team, Professional Service Engineers are responsible for researching how the Zscaler AI Security platform can be integrated and deployed into customer infrastructure during pre-sales and post-sales processes. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Providing technical guidance and support to Sales Engineers via internal communication channels Developing and maintaining customer-facing integrations Managing integrations deployment lifecycles across environments Provisioning and deploying hybrid infrastructure for customer environments Technical consultations for customers on the best way to utilize and integrate the ZS AI Security platform in their existing infrastructure Who You Are (Success Profile) You are a problem-solver.
