What you'll do: • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards. • Conduct reconciliation of crypto transactions and maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures tailored for the crypto environment. • Stay updated on evolving regulations and trends in the cryptocurrency space to ensure compliance and optimize financial practices. What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the crypto or financial technology sector. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with reconciliation processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a keen interest in blockchain technology. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
