What you'll do: • Assess and enhance the security posture of our web applications through rigorous application security testing (AppSec). • Conduct penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Analyze security incidents and threats, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks. • Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies in the crypto and web3 space. • Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for technical teams. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in application security, including hands-on pentesting experience. • Strong knowledge of cryptography and secure coding practices. • Familiarity with security tools and frameworks, such as OWASP, SANS, or similar. • Experience with cloud security and securing decentralized applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to security challenges. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP) are a plus.
